It might work in Windows version but in DOS 6.5++ it does not work and I am still mostly in DOS.

Doing it in Windows version has some implications I do not like though, since the way I understand it I can not have a dynamic DSN name, where I in SQL string  the databasename together pending which datadatabaase I want to open with sconnect.

I will give an other trie in Windows when 7.0 soon to come are here.

Gunnar,

You could always develop one database for all of the forms, reports, etc, and then sattach to the second database. Just a thought.
