I also use a similar shareware utility called "clipcache".  I'll never go
back to the Windows clipboard.  It was reviewed in Personal Computing or PC
magazine about a year ago by Steve Bass.  Also use "PrintScreenWorks" by
Silver lake Technology.  Captures full or active screens, you can annotate,
print, email, export to bitmaps, etc.  Way cool.
