Ben I've purchased a number of copies of R:Mail. What's nice about this you can loop thru your database and create a custom email for everyone. It sends out 1 email at time, but like I say it is customized. You can also send attachments with it. I run a report which in fact is different types of award letters for each med student. Report is printed as a PDF and then I attach that to the customized email. Saved me alot of headaches. Buddy
