Simply dropping the RB61_32.DLL in C:\Windows\System32 is NOT
going to register R:BASE ODBC Driver in Windows registry.
You'll need the original installation Disks/CD to properly install
and register Windows version of R:BASE.

As I mentioned in my email, I DID do an "odbc installation" from the
original CD. I had no odbc drivers before the installation, they were
there after the installation so I assumed the installation did what it
should have. I don't know if it makes a difference but I did just copy
the other programs files from my old computer to my new one, but
I definitely used the CD to do the "odbc installation" because I know
that you can't simply copy those files.
