I had the exact same message when I installed the patch. There definitely
should not have been newer files to be overwritten. I installed anyway and
everything seems to be fine.

I have just installed the 1.864 patch for RBW 6.5++.
During the update, it indicated that there were newer files
that were going to be overwritten and it asked if the update
process should continue.
After I allowed it to continue, the RB engine will not operate with
Multi-User set ON. Why is this?
