I would try taking the network out of the picture. I would copy the database
to the local machine and try to open more than one session and see what
happens.

At this time nothing seems silly. Yes, I have checked and
multi is set to on.
I have just found another quirk.. I can connect to the db
with RBWin65, just not RBase DOS65..

Things are getting weird.. If I ever find this gremlin,
I'm gonna squast it flat.
