I run into this problem sometimes when trying to create/save a view, running 6.5++, 1.864
I open a table in the Query by Example, select a few columns, a where clause and then
display the data on the data browser, click on the Query icon, select File>Save View as and
enter a name for the new view, then I get the following message:
Resources required by command are not available
RETRY CANCEL
If I select RETRY I continue to get the same error, if I select CANCEL, I get the message:
-WARNING- Unavailable resources encountered during CREATE command. (2440)
Data is set MULTI ON, only user on the system on local drive, table on view is only table
open, plenty of memory and disk space, no open loops, no open cursors, all variables
cleared.
Any idea why this happens?

01. Have you tried the same scenario using 6.5++ (Build:1.866xRT03)?
02. On existing views, make sure that the same view is NOT opened in
Browser/Editor window.Good Luck!
