Dear RBASE-L List Subscribers;

Please be aware that when you send messages to the RBASE-L list, the "From:" portion
of the message is verified against a database of registered addresses. If the address is
not present in the database, the message is bounced in to a folder which gathers all the
messages of this type.

We do our best to manually screen this folder and forward any messages that we know
are legitimate to the list, but we have to sort through hundreds of returned and bounced
messages each day to achieve this.

Since our in-house RBASE-L list system has a powerful feature to alias additional "From:"
addresses to a single subscriber, we can make sure that your messages get to the list
regardless of the "From:" parameter that you use. This is beneficial to you as well because
you can still only receive one message per posting, and yet send messages from other
accounts.

We ask your cooperation in this matter by making sure that your "From:" account is one
that is registered with the RBASE-L list database. If you would like to add account aliases
to your subscribed address, please send a private message to either the list moderator,
Mr. Bill Downall at mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] or myself at mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
with a list of alias addresses that you want to use so that we can streamline our system to
serve you better.

Best Regards,

Mike Willochell
