Just getting back into RB programming from the DOS days, working on some conversions. I have often wordered and am still surprised that there is no search button among the pre-defined buttons in forms, even in the wonderful 6.5++ win. I am trying to code one in an EEP button. It works but it creates another instance of the form which I do not want. Is there another way? I have searced the archives for this group (with which I have been in constant touch) with no luck. If next, prev can be programmed then surely find can be programmed.
