yes - you should be able to right click and either disconnect or reset (from the 
citrix management util) - this should take the session out - as for rebooting - that 
should be done about once a week anyway

The only way I have found to disconnect all phantom users, is to reboot

A fatal exception in RBase can leave a phantom user on the server.
Disconnecting the phantom at the server level will remove the file
block. This is not an uncommon event.
