If you are using Win2K on the Server, If you right click MY COMPUTER, and click 
MANAGE, in that window open Shared Folders the click on the open files folder or 
sessions folder and then right click and choose close all open files (or sessions) 
This will clear any phamtom users without restarting the Server.

yes - you should be able to right click and either disconnect or reset (from the 
citrix management util) - this should take the session out - as for rebooting - that 
should be done about once a week anyway

The only way I have found to disconnect all phantom users, is to reboot
the server! Whish I am not happy do! Is there a better way?

A fatal exception in RBase can leave a phantom user on the server.
Disconnecting the phantom at the server level will remove the file
block. This is not an uncommon event.
