RBADMIN was discontinued a few versions ago, but as for me I still miss it.
I think it may have caused some problems very sporadically - but don't
quote me. I never had a problem with it. I used it mainly to disconnect
users who left active sessions running when I needed to perform DB
maintenance, like reloads, packs, and updates to tables. I started using
the "timeout" command in Applications, but it doesn't work in form menus,
and I don't think it is supported yet in 7.0, to my reccollection. That
way, I could guarantee users were out in the middle of the night or some
other time so I could perform off-site maintenance. Maybe Razzak can give
us a clue if this will be implemented in v7.xx.

Is there a way to see who is/how many users are CONNECTed to an RBase
database. Fm the "old" days, wasn't there an RBADMIN.EXE or something
like that? Maybe my mind is gapping due to age or maybe dealing w/storm
damage, but I can't find anything now that'll let me see this info
and/or DISCONNECT a specific User_Name/ALL ...

Any help on this or related to this is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Steve in Memphis
