Hi J.M. I am using Windows. I did write a pagemode report to make a text file for electronic billing. I thought about making a var to adjust the number of blank lines but was afraid to try. I was afraid some printers would kick out a new page when you get close to the bottom of tha page and I would have blank pages between the printed ones.
Getting something to work in my office is easy but getting it to work on all of the different pritners in the world is a little harder. Then, all I would have to worry about moving the print left and right for different printers. Thanks marc > If Windows version, it is much more complicate : the > only way I found is to > write a pagemode report. > Then you begin writing on the proper line, so the > report will begin with a > variable number of blank lines. > > All those tips will only jump on or many 1/6 inches. > If you need micro step adjustment, you need to buy > special printers such as > Epson LQ680. > > Hope this will help .... > > Regards, > > J.M.
