The site is password protected, and up to now, I have no access granted.
I only have seen a public demo of the app.
As soon I have a password, I'll return to you.

The forms are very complex and the input is cut in several sub-forms, with
buttons to move from one form to an other.

That's Ok. We will just have a button in the Left Frame of the HTA for each
Form/SubForm.

I am not familar with HTA (!).
What software tools are needed to develop your solution and to run it on
the client station ?
How will this works practicaly for user ?

HTA looks like a Web Page without all the Browser Menu Stuff at the top. It runs in a
different
security context than a web browser which allows it to interact with the filesystem of
the local
machine. By using Frames in the HTA, the Left frame can run as an application and
interact with the
local machine and since the Right frame is spawned in the same process, the Left frame
can talk to
the Right frame.

Thank for your interest : I appreciate you collaboration and contact you
