Thank you for the suggestion.  I am trying this, but in between other things
going on.  Initially, it got stuck in a loop.  I will keep playing with it.

You could do this 

1. Setup a simple command file something like this

LABEL START
EDIT USING YourFormsName
GOTO Start

2. Then in the form Menu - Layout - Table Settings - On row entry 
put a command file with something like this

PAUSE FOR 60
CLOSEWINDOW
RETURN

This will close and reload the form every 60sec
