Ok,
I tried that and it does me no good either. We run a dispatch screen for 7 technicians. Unless I hit a 'refresh' button, I cannot know if new service calls have been added, the form looks at the data that was present when the form was opened. (it stays open all day) We have to refresh quite often to make sure we aren't booking calls for the same time.
