I dislike NOTE fields in main tables. When a database is in severe trouble,
R:Scope cannot find next rows to fix the pointers when the row has a
variable length. 

With note fields in a table, the likelihood of having problems increases,
simply because of the need to move the row to the bottom of the table when
the note exceeds the original plus the padding.
