Did you try to give your printer a ShareName and try printing to it via the ShareName. The Printer Redirect shouldn't care where the printer is physically attached.

I downloaded DosPrinter and did try it. Seems fine, but .... it is not what I am looking for ! DosPrinter prints TXT files. All I want is redirect DOS printing from LPT1 port to a local USB printer without changing my RB 4.5++ code (OUTPUT PRINTER). I thougth it was easy .... but it seems harder than expected on a standalone PC (not networked, because I can't use NET USE LPT1 \\Mycomputer\MyUSBSharedPrinter). Any othe idea ? TIA J.M.
