I uninstalled RB70 and magically all my System DSN's appeared in the ODBC setup. I had attempted to setup a few Access DSN's a few times and now they all appear there. I want to convert them to Rbase databases but I have to set them up as System DSN's first.
I will now try to re-install RB70 and see if they disappear again. I will report back shortly.

Woah! That is exactly what I have experienced as well. Taking your advise, I will try to uninstall RBase70 and see if that cures it. I need Rb70 on it so what is the solution?? This is on a Win2000 Professional workstation.

After installing the current Rbase 7.0 straight from the CD, then trying to set up a new odbc datasource, the datasource name does not appear in the odbc window under system DSN. If you uninstall Rbase 7.0, the new odbc name shows up. It doesn't matter which type of odbc is used. We found this the hard way: reformatting the hard drive, reinstalling windows, check if odbc works,install service packs and patches, check if odbc works, install an application, check if odbc works, etc.

I Removed all the Beta Components by using the windows Add/Remove Programs and did a full install of the Release RBG7 on my XP Pro and have no such problems...
