Brian,
Did your client rename C:\WinNT directory to c:\WinTemp after the proper installation of Oterro or before?
If they have renamed the directory after the installation, then all entries for Oterro DLL and corresponding DSNs in registry are still looking for original path.
Manually renaming the WinNT and associated sub-directories such as WinNT\System32 will not automatically rename the actual path of any registered programs in Windows registry.
You may try to manually update the Windows registry by using the RegEdit option and then update the path for Oterro DLLs.
FYI, using a typical installation of Oterro 2.6 on a WinNT 4.0 or Windows 2K, the OT2K_32.DLL is installed in WinNT\System32 and all related message files such as OT2K1.MSG, OT2K2.MSG and OT2K3.MSG files are installed in WinNT directory.
Hope that gives you some insight to take necessary steps.
Good Luck!
Very Best R:egards,
Razzak.

Looks like the way Oterro is interacting and can't find its files? I did notice that they renamed the C:\WINNT directory to C:\WinTemp (before the install) Would this have anything to do with it? I tried to manipulate the odbcinst.ini but no go.
Is there any way to save the server without reformatting and reinstalling NT?
