Bob and Bob

Thanks for your replies.  Both of you are pointing them in the direction of
checking the video card / drivers.  Can you indicate the exact sequence of
mouse clicks / menu selections needed to check what the driver is - to see
if it's "using the default" or "not the correct drivers for the video card
under DOS mode"?   I'm helping them over the phone so I need to be able to
do it on my XP while walking them through checking / changing it on my XP.

How do I find what the setup is? How do I tell if it's right / wrong?  How
do I change and what do I change it to?
