Steve,

I don't know what version of R:BASE Mr. Ron (Rose) is using.
But I do know that Emmitt Dove is using the LATEST and GREATEST
version of R:BASE. His findings were based on the latest version.
Why not try it yourself. Have you?

Very Best R:egards,

Razzak.

Emmitt, did you see what Ron (Rose) replied? His take, based on his read of the 5.5 doc's, indicates otherwise.

Bill, Sami, Razzak, Et Al., anyone care to elucidate/elaborate?

Thanks,
Steve in Memphis

Subject: [RBASE-L] - RE: Follow-Up to Multi-Page FORM Question andSKIP ...

That is, if there is a field-level EEP that executes on exit from the field, and that field is "on the path" to the SKIP-target, would this cause a problem? Fundamentally, when a SKIP executes, does it actually "hop" from field to field as it goes, or does it "hop" directly to the target?

Steve in Memphis,

In an exit eep on a field, the SKIP TO and SKIP n commands move directly to the specified target and do not move "through" any fields in the tab order in between. That is, it is a "jump."
