I am currently using R:Base v6.1 for MS-DOS.

What is the exact procedure for updating applications, databases, tables, forms, labels, etc. from my current version to R:Base v7.0 For Windows?

I am putting together an upgrade plan and need to know what all is involved.

Is it possible to get an HTML version of the v7.0 manuals in order to facilitate my preparation for upgrading?
