I used to use the block feature in qedit off and on, it was handy, but I use RCode excluisively for RBase code now. One thing I don't think I could do without is R:Code's ability to copy a command to the R> from a perfectly formatted commnad block in R:COde while stripping out continuation characters and excess spaces on the way.
1) Place the cursor anywhere within a command in R:Code and press [ctrl]-[alt]-[C]. 2) Switch to the R> window and press [ctrl]-[v] No clumsy highlighting, no editing at the R> to remove "+"s.
