The PO number is stored as an integer. The user can:
1. Accept the next sequential integer PO number given, or
2. Jump to a non sequential PO number (which resets the next number), or
3. Type in an alphanumeric number such as "AZ12345" which doesn't affect
the counter. Also, if the Next PO Number counter is Zero, it means that the
user isn't using the PO counter.
