Either a keyboard key is stuck (if it only happens on one station), or there is a programming error in logic that has resulted in a loop executing, or in your database definition the increment chosen was 3000 instead of 1 (this will not add 3000 rows however, as the first 2 problems would)

PO's number sequentially from 3000 to 6000. As though the user clicked the
Add button 3000 times. The application increments a counter in the db for

Ran Reload and Autochk, and no errors.
