The Zebra is a little more expensive but I like it much better ( the same one as UPS uses) and it's driver & installation is better. To get it to print a test page from Windows Printer Properties ( or any label from 7.0) I had to reset the label size on each local machine and apply. We choose these direct thermal models because they use 4 X 2 labels at .008 per label and I could not find small labels on the internet for the Dymo for under .06. I don't know if the Dymo could use the labels we bought. We print 400 labels a day and save about $ 400.00 a month.
