Meter Is a graphical control for displaying percentage
values using a 3-color segmented display.

The Meter control is designed to display a value in a
variety of formats. The default view is LED to use
multi-color segmented LEDs to display the value. The LEDs
are controlled by the Segment 1 Color, Segment 1 Count,
Segment 2 Color, Segment 2 Count, Segment 3 Color, Segment 3
Count, and Segment Spacing properties. However, it is also
possible to use a Bitmap to show the current value relative
to the size of the entire control. This control also provides
extra properties that enable this component to be used as a
progress bar.

Using  PROPERTY command you can change the display as well
as the value of Meter control.
