Meter Is a graphical control for displaying percentage values using a 3-color segmented display.
The Meter control is designed to display a value in a variety of formats. The default view is LED to use multi-color segmented LEDs to display the value. The LEDs are controlled by the Segment 1 Color, Segment 1 Count, Segment 2 Color, Segment 2 Count, Segment 3 Color, Segment 3 Count, and Segment Spacing properties. However, it is also possible to use a Bitmap to show the current value relative to the size of the entire control. This control also provides extra properties that enable this component to be used as a progress bar.
Using PROPERTY command you can change the display as well as the value of Meter control.
