I want to apologize for the email that was intended for Bill that I emailed
to this list.

As I mentioned I have been using R:Base for 20 years and am very happy with
the product. I was especially excited when Razzak took over the business a
few years back. I want to mention that Razzak personally helped me install
Oterro 3.0 over the phone and followed up to make sure everything was
working ok.

I am experiencing a challenge with R:Tango right now and I am trying to
figure out the best way to present this to RBTI to get it resolved. I am in
no way trying to dis-credit RBTI or any of the people that this email was
intended for.

Again, my sincere apologies.
