Hi, Does the print jump on plain paper? It could be the forms.

The claim forms have boxes that the print needs to be inside. They have tried a new printer, they said it still jumps around. What else can they look for. Of course they just ran an update I sent them that deleted the old reports and loaded new ones. But there wasn't any changes on that report. Could the report be corrupt? Bad printer cable?
