Marc, I doubt it's a corrupted report, but you can't tell what is going on based on a description like the vague and probably inaccurate one your users gave you. (I doubt print actually "jumps around.") Ask them to fax you an example of a problem report. Maybe it has to do with a printer, or with word wrapping, or stretching fields, or margins, or fonts, but you need to look at actual results and see how the data, the report definition, and the blank claims forms all relate to each other to diagnose the problem.
One thing I did to simplify life greatly for one client was to use the R:Base 7 "Page Style" section to load a background image of the preprinted form. (I scanned it in, and saved it in several formats and resolutions until I found the best compromise between the look and the performance.) Then you don't have to worry about difference between printers, and they don't have to worry about loading the right forms in the printer.
