Hi Karen.  It wasn't clear to me if you're using RBDos
or RBWin 6.5.

In either case, the solution will not be easy.  I
checked a few of the standard fonts in Windows (using
Start | Accessories | System Tools | Character Map)
and subscripts don't appear to be available in any of
them.

There are probably fonts that do offer subscripts, but
your problem is finding one that can be used for the
entire field, since you can't change the font in the
middle of the text.

DOS would be even harder -- you have to handle the
screen and printer fonts separately.

Frankly, I think it's more trouble than it's worth.
