How the heck are you! You "created" a new font? I didn't know you could do that
(well, except for rocket scientists). Who created the font for you? In my case, the
font needs to be courier because of masses of tables of numbers. Because there
are lots of regular "2" in there, I would definitely need both a subscript and normal.
Does your new font show up only in the reporting stage, or when they're entering?
Remember, I'm on RBWin 6.5 (not even ++)

I have a client who needs to have a field display a zero with a line through it (like the old NULL display) any time the user types zero in the field. We accomplished this by creating a new font, based on the same font they always used (Arial Bold). The font just displays the other character whenever the user types a zero. This field can be placed on either a form or a report and I change the font to this new font.
Since your email is in HTML, I'll demonstrate here - forgive me, Bill for ignoring list protocol of text only files.
Normal: H00A
Font change: H00A although since you don't have my font on your computer, it might not display any differently ...
So, this might work for you. If they sometimes need a normal 2 in the field then the font set could include a special character - like the tilde or something - that when typed displays the subscript font.
