Sorry if this is a little off topic,
A user called and his HP 7410 prints the first
insurance claim file a line off but the 2nd claim
print OK. This is when there is several pages that
need to be printed.
Of course I know RBase is telling the printer to print
on the same line on page 1 but is there a way to help
them get their printer to work.
I hate it when they say it prints other stuff OK. I
have to remind them they are printing on plain paper,
duh!
