Hi all

I do not think this is an RBase problem but it is
starting to really get to me.

I just got a call from a user, he got a new printer,
HP 7410 all in one. On the first insurance claim form
the print of too low but on the 2nd,3rd.. the Print
hits all the boxes.

His old printer had been working fine until it broke.

I had him print a text letter in word and set it to
print 4 copies and the print didn't move. I know this
is probably like doing 4 seperate copies and not a
fair test.

But what can I do? I am not doing an initial carriage
return in the report.

I have 70+ users and we are selling 5+ programs a
month but I am ready to give this project up, since
this is not day job.

They are still in 6.1, I am still working on upgrading
my app to 7.1 but I am afraid this printer problem may
still mess up my report in 7.x

Thanks
Marc
ps: when I talk to these doctors computer techs about
setting up a network they all say..."if they had to
mess with printers they would quit" I can see why.
