It may depend on how the printer is mapped.
When you say OUTPUT PRINTER, R:Base for DOS 6.1A assumes that's
LPT1. If the network is not mapping this printer as LPT1, in DOS
versions you CAN say OUTPUT LPT2 or OUTPUT LPT3.
Or you can use a NETUSE command to make sure that
that printer is mapped to LPT1 for that machine.
