Hi all, I just got off the phone with a customer. It turns out that for the past couple years she and her staff have avoided using my package simultaneously because as soon as the second person connects performance goes to zero. They've been taking turns to the use the system!
The tech that they use has told her that the server cpu usage goes to 100% as soon as RBase connects (or maybe when the second person connects???). They are using Windows Server (though I don't know which version yet. She's giving me the tech's feedback from memory, so it may not be absolutely correct. Imagine this only came up as an aside to another conversation! They're using RBW Runtime 6.5+ tia, Ben Petersen
