[RBASE-L] - rbase and Windows Users settings

In the interest to increase security on our workstations. I was trying 
to set all of our Windows users to just PowerUsers or Users instead of 
every one having Admin privileges.  But I found nether Rbase 6.5 or 7.1 
would work correctly if the logged in user wasn't an 'admin'.

Thoughts?  Help?  Suggestions?
