I run 6.5++ applications (not development access) on workstations in Power
user or Limited user mode with no problems in a domain-security
environment, with the multi-user database in a mapped server drive.  In
that scenario, I believe it is important to be sure that domain users have
full rights to the folder containint Rbase.cfg, and that Rbase.ini in the
windows folder be configured by an adminstrator before use.

Not so sure how that works if the workstations are not in a domain config,
though.
