Bernie:
TTBOMK Outlook still works OK, I personally use Outlook 2000 and I have not
had any problems; I have friends that are using Outlook Express and I have
received files from them just fine. You might want to make sure that your
ISP or your anti-virus are not removing the attachments. A while back I
stopped receiving e-mails from some domains and it turned out to be that the
ISP that holds my domain name and hence my e-mail had started using a spam
filter that was preventing valid e-mails from getting to me...it took a
while to figure out what was going on...

Subject: [RBASE-L] - Off Topic - Outlook Express 6.0 Question

I recently made the mistake of upgrading to MSIE 6.0 that
means that I got Outlook Express 6.0 along with it.
M$ in their infinite wisdom has altered Outlook Express so
that the user can no longer attach files and send them.
There is no warning that the files have not been sent. The
email simply never gets sent even though it is marked as
having been sent. If the user looks at the email a message
appears at the top stating that "OE has removed access to
the following unsafe files ...". Nothing about the message
not being sent at all.

Does anyone know how to use OE to send files? Attaching them
to a message and attempting to email the message seems not to
work anymore. Is there some trick that can be used or do I have
to abandon OE for file sends?

All ideas appreciated.

TIA, Bernie
