Thanks Bernie,
I have the Escape codes for HP (and emulation) printers in the reports.
This app is using the RBase compiler and I have HPLaser1.prd in the app folder.
I think that when you compiled the application you "told" it what prd file to use (???)

What you have to do is put the printer control codes
into variables which are part of the print job.  They can be
written to the printer before the report is printed or the
variables can be printed as part of the report.  You should be
able to set the number of lines in the report specs in the
Configure section.  The printer control codes are escape
sequences.  You can find the ones for your printer in the PRD
files which came with later versions of RBase.

Ancient question from ancient programmer.
RBase for DOS (system V)

Printing legal size paper in landscape mode and always get a blank page between each page. (Also in condensed print and 8 lines per inch). Where you set lines per pages, was there a trick to make it zero or 999 to get around this? The "right" setting should be 60 with the maximum 68 for 8.5 inches(???)

TIA,

Dennis
