Hi I am working on updating my app to 7.5 but need help on this network problem for my user in 6.1 runtime.
They have 2 computers, the main computer has the exe files in a folder Rbwtime, the my app in Pinn. The "workstation" only has the Rbwtime folder with the exe files. They say they can start my app on both computers some times but other times they can't start it on the second computer. Most of the time they start it on the main computer then the workstation. When they can't get it to work on the second computer it seem as if it can't find the data folder on the main computer. The network tech says he has the data folder mapped to a drive letter. Of course then can "network" and look at work files on either computer so it can't be the network but I think it is his network setup but don't know what to tell him to look for. He has checked the INI and CFG files for and there are no extra copice and the paths ae correct. What else can I have him look for?? Thanks Marc __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
