Mike - Have you turned on the R:Mail Log to see if there is some message in the log file?

Does the pager address need to be formatted any special way to get it to work? For example here's the basic structure of the pager: [EMAIL PROTECTED] I have tried no quotes, single quotes, double quotes and brackets but nothing works. The pager address is being loaded into "Mail to:" variable that is written out to the file that the R:Mail UDF processes. What am I missing? In some cases I can get a "CC" message back to myself but then no primary address shows in the "To:" portion. Does R:Mail not like all the numbers? Thanks for any help.
