Mike - Also - post it to the RBG7 list - there may be more R:Mail users there.

I'll see if I get any more response from the list or RBTI plus I have a call into our tech people here. I hope it's a relatively easy fix. It's strange because if I simply copy and paste the pager address into Outlook it works just fine. It seems to be something with how R:Mail is configured or how Outlook interprets it. A regular old e-mail address works just fine. Thanks for the suggestion. It was a good one. Does the pager address need to be formatted any special way to get it to work? For example here's the basic structure of the pager: [EMAIL PROTECTED] I have tried no quotes, single quotes, double quotes and brackets but nothing works. The pager address is being loaded into "Mail to:" variable that is written out to the file that the R:Mail UDF processes. What am I missing? In some cases I can get a "CC" message back to myself but then no primary address shows in the "To:" portion. Does R:Mail not like all the numbers? Thanks for any help. Mike Ramsour
