update caused problem was my first thought. My most recent
updates have caused the following (Win 2K): If the floppy
drive is used at any time after the machine is booted,
every time a new page is accessed in MSIE the floppy drive
is activated for some sort of check. This continues until
the machine is rebooted.

Nope but there is something funkiny about one of the windows updates I gather.
Does yours do it every time? Mine is not repeatable, happens randomly.

I have been having that problem when I use the GATEWAY Function. It just started this week, and when it happens, my data doesn't get uploaded. This seems rather odd. Could it have to do with 6/6/06?
