Thank you so much for a full recap of your own experiences
at the great show put together by R:BASE Technologies, its
Dream Team, Co-Emcees and most importantly, all 85 attendees
at the conference, 95 attendees at the Sunday Dinner and 16
of you (full-class) at the Super Advanced Training, after
the conference to finish the marathon.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all R:BASE
Developers and Users around the world, including the 18
first timers who attended the 2006 R:BASE Developers'
Conference. This would not have been possible without your
continued support and patronage, as well as those who have
joined the R:BASE Community for the first time.
Furthermore, our event would not have been the success that
it was without the untiring efforts of this year's conference
Co-Emcees, Dawn Oakes, Sami Aaron, and Bill Downall. Thanks
for all you do to make each conference a success.
An evening without entertainment? Never at the R:BASE
Developers' Conference! Thanks to Bob Thompson for his
auctioneering and banjo recital.
Special thanks to Claudine Robbins, Adriana Montano, and all
those who organized and contributed to fund raising efforts
for Project Bundle-Up.
A conference without capturing those precious moments? Each
moment was captured on camera by Ken Shapiro. I want to
personally thank Ken for his willingness to capture those
special moments.
Thanks to Angelo Cappetta for bringing the custom R:BASE
"Easy Buttons" to liven-up my own presentations.
It was also nice to see those developers who have worked
very closely with RBTI for their development needs as well
as the help they have received from RBTI towards their
vertical market applications.
Last but not least, congratulations to Emmitt Dove for his
well deserved and well earned "Developer of the Year" award.
In closing, I would like to say that while the celebrations
are an indelible memory for us all, we have returned to work
so that we can use all the feedback which we received during
the event and the special session for Authorized R:BASE
Developers, to even further enhance all of our products and
marketing efforts.
We will continue at our feverish pace so that we can provide
the R:BASE Community with the tools necessary to deliver the
BEST Desktop, LAN, WAN, Client/Server, Linux, Java, Internet
and Intranet applications powered by R:BASE to fulfill all
your customers' needs.
