Are you running it on a network or on a stand alone machine?

I cannot reproduce it on my computer.
If I trace it on the user's computer it doesn't break
WHILEOPT is OFF

Scratch is set to C:\USERTTEMP and the proper rights are assigned.

Has anyone else seen this behavior and found a cause/solution?
