Of course you CAN do the full R:BASE solution:  Create one table for your
help text with a link to a second table where you store your screen shots,
linked to the first table by a PK/FK setup.  Then create R:BASE Reports that
combine the two.   You could either print the report to PDF or just print it
to screen when the user clicks your Help button.

I may give that a try if I can't figure out chm files or
until I figure them out. 

But in some cases I do not like Adobe.  Trying to cut 
and paste something from the latest Adobe is a pain, 
much easier in Word and older versions of Adobe.
