Marc - Of course you CAN do the full R:BASE solution: Create one table for your help text with a link to a second table where you store your screen shots, linked to the first table by a PK/FK setup. Then create R:BASE Reports that combine the two. You could either print the report to PDF or just print it to screen when the user clicks your Help button.

But in some cases I do not like Adobe. Trying to cut and paste something from the latest Adobe is a pain, much easier in Word and older versions of Adobe.
