Lin, The Application Builder was/is intended to replicate App Express logic in 6.x for Windows with a real cool interface as demonstrated in all R:BASE 7.x tutorials. However, using the Variable Forms in 7.5 and now External Forms in 7.6 and Turbo V-8, you have more power and extended options to design and deploy totally portable R:BASE applications.
