I have run into this error message:
Access violation at address 01893259 in 'RBENGINE76.DLL' Write of
address DC30C15E
five times when trying to open two different reports in a database which I
am designing for a client. None of the other six reports produces this
message (so far!), and the two reports with which I am having trouble worked
fine last week.
I am using R:Base 7.6, Build 3, and have the latest updates. I reinstalled
the whole Update 3 before posting this message, but that did not make any
difference.
The two reports affected are (1) a columnar report of the registrants for a
meeting, and (2) a summary report showing all of the fees paid by each
registrant, the total per registrant, and a subtotal of all of the columns
in the page footer. Both are important to the registration process.
As I said, these are the only two affected. The others, including the
registration badge/receipt, work fine.
